My stay at Parco Dei Principi was lovely, with stunning views of the Amalfi Coast and Mount Vesuvius being the highlights. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, and I enjoyed the included breakfast, which had a great variety. However, I did find some aspects of the dining experience lacking, especially in the restaurant where the food quality could improve. Overall, I would recommend staying here for the views and service, but keep in mind the dining options could use some work.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and featured amazing views. I appreciated the option for fresh towels twice a day, which added to the comfort.
Service
9.0
The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome during my entire stay. Their efforts helped enhance my overall experience at the hotel.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated in a serene park-like setting, just a short walk from Sorrento's city center. The beautiful views from this location made it worthwhile, although the uphill walk back can be tiring at times.
Dining
6.0
While the breakfast offered a nice variety, the dinner experience left a bit to be desired. The food could greatly improve in quality, particularly in the main restaurant which felt overpriced for what was served.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has beautiful gardens and a nice pool area, but I did notice some areas like the carpets in the hallways that could use updating.

My stay at Parco Dei Principi was quite lovely, especially with stunning views of the Bay of Naples. However, I did encounter some unhelpful attitudes from the front desk staff, which dampened my experience a bit. On a positive note, the food was really good, especially the breakfast with its variety and quality. Overall, I'd say it was a beautiful stay, but the service could use some improvement.

Rooms
10.0
The room I had was spacious and beautifully decorated in seaside blues, offering a amazing view of the bay below, which made my stay extra special.
Service
6.0
While some staff were good and accommodating, particularly the concierge and restaurant waiters, I found the front desk staff to be aloof, which was a bit disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is idyllic, perched atop a cliff with gorgeous views, although it's slightly removed from the hustle of Sorrento town, giving it a serene feel.
Dining
10.0
Dining was a highlight for me, especially the plentiful breakfast served with beautiful sea views, and the evening meals were good as well, with various high-quality options.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the availability of room service, which was attentive even during busy times.

5.2/10

My stay at Parco Dei Principi had its highs and lows. The amazing views of the Bay of Naples were certainly a highlight, but I faced multiple issues with service and room amenities that really dampened the experience. Between the rude staff interactions and maintenance problems, it felt less like a 5-star hotel and more like a frustrating ordeal.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were spacious and came with lovely views of the sea, but they felt outdated and needed some refreshing. I did encounter problems like an air conditioning unit that didn't seem to cool well, which made my stay uncomfortable.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent, with most staff being unhelpful and condescending, except for one employee, Carmen, who stood out for her friendliness and professionalism. My requests often went ignored or met with indifference.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location offered stunning views and a serene atmosphere but was quite far from the center of Sorrento. While the private beach was a nice perk, getting into town required planning and a shuttle ride.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were decent, with a variety of choices available, though the quality didn't match what I expected given the hotel's rating. I faced issues with food freshness that were concerning.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities could use some major upgrades. While the gardens were well-kept and the beach access nice, the pool was often closed, and there seemed to be a lack of proper maintenance throughout the hotel.

During my five-day stay at Parco Dei Principi, I was swept away by the stunning views of the Bay of Naples and the beautiful botanical gardens. Although I faced a couple of hiccups with room cleanliness, the staff addressed my concerns promptly and ensured my overall experience was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I appreciated the unique architecture of the hotel, but I think there’s room for improvement in some service aspects.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were simple yet well maintained and clean, with comfortable beds that made my stay enjoyable. However, I felt some of the accommodations could benefit from modernization given the hotel's luxury claims.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, often greeting me with smiles. They dealt with my concerns promptly and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay, although some restaurant staff seemed less polished than the front desk.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, nestled in beautiful gardens overlooking the sea, but it is a bit of a walk or requires a shuttle ride to reach the city center, which could be inconvenient for some.
Dining
8.0
The dining options were extensive, and the breakfast buffet was really good with a great selection of foods. The restaurant facing the ocean provided a lovely dining experience, although some items were unexpectedly extra.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were generally well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the stunning pool area. However, I did encounter some issues with cleanliness that needed to be addressed, limiting my overall perception of the amenities.

My stay at Parco Dei Principi in Sorrento was nothing short of amazing. The stunning views of Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples genuinely took my breath away, and the architecture by Gio Ponti added such a unique vibe to the hotel. However, I did experience a slight hiccup with the shuttle return timings, which could be adjusted to better accommodate evening excursions.

Rooms
10.0
I stayed in a beautiful Deluxe Triple Room with Sea View that was spacious and impeccably clean. The view was simply amazing and enhanced my experience tremendously.
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the concierge, who went above and beyond to assist us. From arranging a bottle of Prosecco for our special occasion to helping us with unexpected needs, their service was truly really good.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated, offering easy access to the charming center of Sorrento. This allowed me to explore local attractions without any hassle, and walking to Piazza Tasso was good.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet immensely, which offered a fantastic selection of foods that I could enjoy with a view of the sea. However, I found that the dinner menu options could be expanded for a more substantial dining experience.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel features lovely outdoor areas and a nice swimming pool, making it a great space to unwind. I appreciated the private beach access as well, though the shuttle schedule could use some adjustments for late-night return trips.
